In both the year one classrooms at Warden Hill Primary School we created a mural of painted wooden numbers 1 - 30 and a wooden alphabet to match the wooden lettering of the reception classroom murals. Having the alphabet and numbers on the wall provides the children with a visual guide to their learning. We also illustrated 26 letter sounds with individual illustrations.
